Finding additional space
The laundry room entry transformed very well into a casual dining area during this kitchen remodel. The raised ceiling in the working area of the kitchen gave this space an open feel. An unfunctional kitchen is now a remodeling success.
natural influences
Interior Changes redesigned this farmhouse kitchen and enlarged the floor space by relocating the 1/2 bath and main entrance. During construction, a brick chimney was exposed, it became a natural backsplash for the breakfast serving area and provided the influence for the custom tiled hearth.

The time to make plan alterations is before construction begins. This client presented plans that were reviewed for traffic flow, furniture layout, and over-all function. A kitchen redesign was suggested and implemented. The changes in this room and the adjacent living spaces exceeded the owners initial expecations of what the home would be.
visualizing space
The owners of this lakeside ranch needed help finding room for an open functional kitchen. Space was borrowed from the dining area and a small connecting bedroom, which allowed the new kitchen to become the heart of the home.
